Charity Auctions and Community Connection with Heart (and a Lot of Energy!)
When Bianca’s not driving record results in the property world, you’ll often find her lending her skills to the community. She’s proudly supported a range of local charities, schools, and fundraisers by calling charity auctions with the same passion, humour, and infectious energy she brings to every event.
Bianca loves nothing more than creating a buzz, lifting paddles high, and helping raise vital funds for causes close to her heart. For her, giving back through auctioneering isn’t just work — it’s a privilege.
Bianca is also a passionate advocate for women in auctioneering, striving to influence positive change within the industry by encouraging, empowering, and mentoring the next generation of female auctioneers.
For the love of Called It
When passions collide!
Bianca remembers watching her first auction in the spring of 2019, after over a decade as a public speaker and Celebrant she knew that the allure of calling auctions would be in her future. Fast forward to the 2020 Covid lockdown and necessity fast tracked her to the call!
Until then, like many smaller Canberra agencies, the agency she works for called in the expertise of interstate auctioneers who were exceptional at what they do! The logistics of having everyone stuck in their own states created an obstacle that was a little too hard to navigate, so off she went, calling her first 20 odd auctions online!
Through calling auctions, competition and the REIACT Auction Chapter, Bianca fell in love with not only the auction process, but the incredible community of exceptional Auctioneers that are in Canberra. So in the wee months of 2022 Called It became an idea that has flourished from a concept, to an exciting new service offering for agents and vendors across Canberra. Bianca is proud to be the Director of Called It, working with exceptional Auctioneers to deliver auctions that deliver exceptional results.

We would like to sincerely thank you (Bianca) for calling the auction at our Charity night last night. Your fabulous energy (and jacket) and persuasion skills meant a far better result than we could have ever imagined and allowed us to maximise the money raised for Menslink which has a major impact on helping young men in Canberra. It was also so lovely to see your team rally behind you and show their support to not only you but also our event, so please extend our gratitude for their attendance.
In total, we raised over $15,000! On behalf of Menslink, thank you for helping us make a positive difference to the Canberra community.
Bianca has conducted numerous auctions for our team and is absolutely fabulous. Her public speaking skills are exceptional, she engages well with the crowd, has a wonderful sense of humour and is also fair and confident when dealing with bidders and vendors. Bianca, omg, what a legend! She took the time to meet with me to go through strategy and explain the auction process before the day. On the day, it was like pulling hen’s teeth! I felt so sorry and bad for her that the auction was so hard but she never quivered, she got every possible bid and she never lost sight of the true professional that she is. She held her head high and I’m so glad I chose her to be my auctioneer.
